Terms and Conditions

1. The raffle is organised by Mellor Plant UK Ltd in aid of Cancer Research UK (Charity Number 1089464)
2. All proceeds from this raffle will support Cancer Research UK.
3. Participants must be aged 18 or over. Any person found to be under 18 years of age automatically forfeits the right to any prize.
4. The raffle is open to residents of UK only
5. Tickets are sold at £20 each, entrants may purchase more than one ticket, payment must be made in advance of the draw date.
6. Ticket numbers appear on the paper tickets. Ticket numbers for telephone entries will be confirmed by email.
7. Each ticket purchased equals one entry into the raffle draw.
8. Entrants should keep their tickets as proof of purchase.
9. Entries must be received before 5pm July 19th 2026.
10. Prize – Yanmar SV08 micro excavator with one bucket.
11. Prize does not include delivery, winner must arrange for collection of prize.
12. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
13. The organiser reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
14. The raffle draw will take place on Sunday 19th July 2026 at 5.30pm.
15. Winner will be selected at random. The results of the draw are final.
16. Winner will be notified via phone within 48 hours.
17. If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 days, the organiser reserves the right to select a new winner.
18. Winners may be required to provide proof of identity.
19. Prize must be claimed within 7 days, or it may be forfeited.
20. By entering, winners agree to the use of their name and image for promotional purposes, unless they request otherwise.
21. Personal data will be used solely for the administration of the raffle and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
22. The organiser is not responsible for lost, late, or incomplete entries.
23. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation or prize use.
24. This raffle is conducted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations governing lotteries and raffles in the UK.
25. The organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time if necessary.
26. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions upon entry. We reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
