Rototilt’s sorting buckets for machines weighing between 4-25 tonnes have been designed so that you can sort materials easily and efficiently. The bucket is optimised for use with Rototilt’s machine couplers, tiltrotators and control systems – and for our unique pulse function, which sorts and spreads the material evenly. The well thought-out design and the smart choice of materials increase durability by up to 30% and reduce the weight by 10-15%. Our buckets feature strategically positioned wear zones made from alloy steel with a hardness of 500HB, while curved surfaces are reinforced with 450HB steel for a long service life. A reinforced bucket top section transfers the greatest loads to the area that is easiest to service should any cracks appear. This minimises both the actual repairs and any downtime.
